We Can’t Afford to Fall Down on Falls

Sept. 22 is National Falls Prevention Awareness Day. In honor of this awareness day, Lynn Beattie, the vice president for injury prevention at the National Council on Aging and the chairwoman of the national Falls Free Coalition is calling on Congress to make a commitment to the issue.
